Question

I'm really worried because I've got these big white patches on my feet that started appearing a while back. I've been seeing a dermatologist since August, but there hasn't been any improvement so far. I've been using Pacroma, Topcort, and Vitix, and before that, I was on Olmis and Melgain. Plus, I've been taking antioxidants. I'm just really anxious about this and wondering if there's anything else I should be doing to help with this condition?

It seems like you are suffering from vitiligo, a skin condition that causes loss of skin color in patches. The treatment you are currently on includes Pacroma (Tacrolimus) and Topcort (Clobetasol) which are used to help repigment the skin. In addition to these, you can continue using Vitix (Khellin) which is also beneficial for vitiligo. Since you mentioned that you were previously advised to use Olmis instead of Pacroma and Melgain, you can discuss with your dermatologist about switching back to Olmis (Pimecrolimus) if there was no improvement with Pacroma. Continue taking antioxidants as they can help in overall skin health. It's important to follow your dermatologist's advice closely and have regular follow-up appointments to monitor your progress.
