Question

I'm really worried because I've just been diagnosed with a grade 2 fatty liver and my sgpt is at 70.05. I've started feeling a dull abdominal pain, and even though I've cut out oily junk food and now walk about 3-4 kms daily, I'm struggling to get a good night's sleep, probably because of stress. Lately, I've noticed that after eating cabbage sabji for dinner, I can smell cabbage in my stool the next day. Could this mean something, or am I just overthinking it? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Its great that youve made positive changes like walking and avoiding oily foods. Fatty liver can cause mild discomfort, and stress might be affecting your sleep. The cabbage smell in your stool is likely due to digestion, which is normal, but if the pain persists or worsens, I recommend consulting your doctor for further guidance. Managing stress and improving sleep quality can also help with your overall health.
