Question

I'm really worried because this morning, while I was brushing my teeth, I coughed really hard and noticed blood in my spit. It looked like clotted blood, thick and red. And the more I coughed, the more blood came up, which wasnt happening yesterday. I had my last meal at midnight because of work. Could you help me figure out why Im seeing blood when I cough in the morning?

I've been told to take Montek LC for a few months. Is it okay if I have a drink during this time? Any side effects I should be worried about?

I've been dealing with constant wheezing even after using Budamate inhalers at 400 mcg three times a day and taking Montelukast. Sometimes the wheezing is really loud, and other times it's just a bit quieter, but it never completely goes away. It's winter now where I live. My peak flow meter reads 650. I'm really looking for a permanent solution to my wheezing. When might it fully stop?

I'm a bit concerned because I've never had any medical issues before, but for the last month or so, I've been getting out of breath really easily, even just walking a short distance or talking a lot. I used to be really active, going to the gym and doing cardio and weight training regularly until the end of last year. I'm curious if there's something going on with my health and what kind of remedies I should consider. Any thoughts on what might be causing this sudden breathlessness?
