I'm really worried because my 7-year-old's platelet count just dropped from 172,000 to 130,000 in just a day, and on top of that, their WBC count shot up from 6,400 to 25,000. They're dealing with Dengue right now. Could this be risky? What's the threshold for platelet levels to become dangerous? What should we do?
