I'm really worried because my recent CT scan and X-ray showed I have bronchiectasis in my right upper lung. There's also something about my lower bowel that's concerning. Could this be why I've been having breathing issues or stomach discomfort? What could these findings mean for my health and are there any specific treatments you would recommend?

The doctor told me it was bronchitis and gave me medication like LezineM and Levoflox, which helped a lot, but now that I'm done with the treatment, the breathing issues are creeping back a bit. Also, I've noticed the lower part of my throat moves in and out when I breathe. My chest X-ray and blood work came back normal, and while I'm not coughing really hard, there's still a bit of it. Could these be signs of lung cancer?
