I'm really worried because my recent medical checkup in a Saudi clinic showed some upper lobe fibrotic lesions in my X-ray. They said I'm unfit because of this, and when I asked the doctor, they mentioned it might be due to old tuberculosis, showing up as fibrosis. I'm confused and a bit scaredcan something like this be treated or removed? What's the best way to go about this?
