I'm really worried because for the last couple of weeks, I've been experiencing this burning sensation and pain right in the middle of my chest, and I'm also feeling pain in my right shoulder and just below it. My ECG and troponin levels are completely normal, so I'm not sure what else it could be. I'm taking medication for acid reflux, but I'm still feeling pain and a sense of fullness in my chest. My mom has been experiencing a really dry throat and dry coughing whenever she lies down to sleep after meals, you know, like after lunch or dinner. It's been happening about half an hour after she lies down. She doesn't have any chest burning or gas, so I'm not sure what could be causing this.
