I'm experiencing some sleep issues, and I'm really concerned. I've noticed that I'm not getting enough sleep and keep having breathing difficulties and sometimes even stop breathing entirely while I'm asleep. I'm extremely sleepy throughout the day and often deal with headaches and vertigo. I've already seen a doctor and was recommended to use a CPAP machine, but honestly, the thought of using it scares me a bit. I'm wondering if there are any alternative treatments for sleep apnea that don't involve using a CPAP machine. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I've been feeling like there's air getting trapped in my chest. It's similar to when you have to cough to clear out mucus, but this is deeper in my chest. I'm really worried it might be thoracic pneumothorax. What do you think I should do?
