Question

I'm really worried because a year ago my tuberculosis test came back positive and since then I've been dealing with some menstrual problems. I went for ayurvedic treatment and thankfully my report turned negative, but now my test is positive again. My recent USG report mentioned 'koch's abdomen'. Plus, my periods haven't improved, and I'm experiencing pain on my left side and a lymph node in my armpit. I'm not sure what to do. Can you help?

I'm a 53-year-old man living in Delhi and every year during the humid months of July through September, I start getting these breathing problems. So far, I've been taking Montair LC every couple of days at night, and it helps. But sometimes if I forget, I end up using Asthaline inhaler when I get breathless, and then I take Montair LC, which usually makes things better. I'm having trouble breathing all day and it's making me really anxious. I've had issues with acid reflux and anxiety before, and I'm getting treatment for them, but yesterday my breathing got worse. I couldn't sleep all night because of it. I don't have a history of asthma or cold or chest pain, but I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen through my mouth and nose. It's super frustrating, and even yawning feels difficult. I did an echo and an ECG last month and both were normal. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
