Question
I'm someone who's been dealing with wheezing for over 20 years now. It's not extremely serious, but I've been using inhalers occasionally. I'm really hoping to stop relying on them. I haven't faced a major attack in a couple of years, just minor discomforts where the inhaler comes in handy. Is there a way I can stop using inhalers for good? I've tried ayurveda before, but it didn't quite work and I ended up stopping it. What else can I do?
