I'm struggling with acne and dark spots on my face. Over the years, I've tried many medicines, but they only seem to help as long as I'm taking them. Once I finish the course, after a month or so, the same issues pop back up. Back in 2012, my doctor prescribed some medicines, and then again in 2013, I was recommended Zeethrom 500 mg, Saslic face wash, Resoten 20 mg, and Calene gel. By 2014, the prescription included Resoten 20 mg and Nioclean gel. I've been using these treatments for about three years, but I stopped taking any medicine over the past two years. Could you suggest what I should do next? Should I consider continuing with medicine or try another treatment option?

I was cleaning my private parts, specifically the penis and scrotum, using Dettol and now the skin on my scrotum is really dry and a bit discolored. I've also noticed it's a lot less sensitive in that area. Should I be worried, and will it get better on its own in a few days?
