I'm supposed to get my period in about three days, but I started having upper stomach pain today. Could this be related to my period? I'm curious why periods cause stomach pain. I'm a 27-year-old woman and would really like to know how to ease this discomfort.

My left ovary has something called an enlarged cyst that measures about 27x21mm, and I've been having really heavy stomach pains and bleeding during my periods. The pain's been so bad that I feel like throwing up sometimes. My periods are also delayed. Should I be worried about the cyst or all these symptoms, or is there something particular this might be indicating?

I'm really worried about the results of my abdominal ultrasound. It says the uterus is bulky and anteverted, with an endometrium that's thickened to 11 mm. I'm not sure what that means for me. Also, while it mentions myometrial echoes are normal, I'm concerned about what that might imply. The report says my right ovary is 22x15 mm and the left is 18x16 mm, with normal echotexture for both, but I'm still anxious about these measurements. There's also a note about no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Could you help me understand what all this means and if I should be worried?

I'm really worried because my periods have been irregular for the last two months. My usual date was supposed to be the 14th of this month, but today is the 29th, so I'm 15 days late.
