I'm Sweta from India, and I've been struggling with acne and dark spots. I'm currently using Benzer 2.5 gel and Clindamycin but haven't seen much improvement. Could you suggest any other creams, gels, or tablets that might help with these issues?

I've had this sore for about three months now and it's not healing. It started as just a pimple between my butt cheeks, close to the anus, and now it won't dry up.
