I'm taking Cremaffin Plus for my fissure, but I've noticed it makes me really hungry afterwards. Is this normal? Why would Cremaffin Plus cause hunger pangs?

I'm having this stomach pain for the past two weeks, and I can't seem to figure out why. It doesn't seem to matter what I eatwhether it's homemade rice and dal or even spicy or sweet foodsthe pain just keeps coming back.
