I've been getting a lot of pimples and bumps on my cheeks and forehead lately, and it's really bothering me. I'm a bit worried about my left hand. My fingers have become really cracked and dry, to the point where they burn and bleed, and it only happens during the winter months. The weird thing is, it's just my left hand and not my right. I've used eczema lotion, and it helps a bit if I slather it on before bed, but my fingertips end up feeling like a cat's paw pad, almost like I don't have fingerprints. I do have mild psoriasis on my scalp and back, so I'm wondering if this could be related or something else entirely. Since it started last year around this time, and now it's happening again, I'd love some insight into what might be going on. Any ideas?
