My child has been having a cough for about three weeks now. We were advised to use monocef and phensedyl, but a week ago, she caught a cold and we switched to using moxikind. Now she's got both cold and cough again. Can we use moxikind for her cold while still giving her monocef and phensedyl for the cough? I'm a bit worried and just want to make sure we're doing the right thing.

My son is 4 years old and he's been having this cough with mucus for a while. Every time he coughs, I can feel and hear the mucus in his lungs, but it just won't come out. It's really worrying me. Our doctor suggested giving him Montair LC Kid syrup for four days, and mentioned that if things don't get better, we'd have to try nebulization. When I looked up Montair LC, it seemed to be more for allergies or asthma. Is it really safe to give him this syrup, and will it actually help with the mucus in his chest?

My 2-year-old daughter has a fever of 103, and we've tried giving her continuous sponge baths, but it's not coming down. We also gave her 4 ml of Meftal P suspension, but then she vomited an hour later. Should I give her another dose, and when is it safe to give her paracetamol P250 again?
