We're planning to conceive, but since my next period is still about five days away, I'm not sure what to expect. Lately, I've been feeling really sleepy and noticed some watery vaginal discharge for the past 3-4 days. Are these signs of early pregnancy, or do they happen naturally? Would love your thoughts.
