I'm trying to understand what it means to have primary pulmonary pseudolymphoma. My doctor mentioned there's no treatment needed and they just want to keep an eye on it. Should I be worried about this condition? How serious is it, and what kinds of changes or symptoms should I be watching out for if we're only observing?

I've been diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and my doctor prescribed Rcinex 600, Ethambutol, and Pyrazinamide. He said I should take them in the morning and eat an hour later. I take the medicine as instructed, but not exactly between 7 to 10 AM its usually a couple of hours later when I eat. Is this okay, or am I at risk for MDR TB? Could you advise me on this?

Sometimes in the last two days, I've been experiencing shortness of breath and a tight feeling in my chest. I dont have any other symptoms. I was diagnosed with a bronchitis tendency a few years ago. After having COVID back in April 2021, I got a pulmonary analysis, and that was normal. With COVID still a concern, it's tough to meet a doctor face-to-face. Do you think it's safe for me to take Aerocort and Asthaline 4mg twice a day for 5 days? Any other advice you can share?
