Question

I'm wondering about a change in my inhaler meds recently. I've always had these bronchial issues right from when I was a kid. My doc swapped out my Levosalbutamol inhaler for a Budesonide corticosteroid inhaler. But I'm a bit nervous about using steroids because Ive heard once you start, you can't just stop. Does anyone have any advice on if this is really safe? Would really love to hear some opinions on this.

I'm dealing with some psychological issues like anxiety and depression for the past 5 years, but I finally managed to overcome them about a year ago. Recently, though, I've been having breathlessness, and my doctor prescribed Medrol 4 mg to take every morning at 10 a.m. However, after taking it, I feel really uncomfortable, tired, and unsatisfied. I'm worried if Medrol is harmful to me, should I continue using it, or maybe stop? What other options are there for addressing my breathing issues?

My dad just got a positive corona test result, but apart from a fever hovering around 99-100F, he doesn't really have any other symptoms. It's been a week since the test, and to be safe, we got an X-ray done. The report mentioned something about "Prominent branchovascular markings bilaterally." He's quarantining at home at the moment. Can you help me understand what those markings mean? Also, he's diabetic, but it's pretty well managed. I'm just trying to figure out if there's anything else we should be worried about.
