I'm wondering about how long the protection lasts from tetanus toxoid shots. I never got the tetanus vaccination as a kid, but I did get 24 tetanus toxoid shots over two years, in 2016 and 2017. Is that level of vaccination enough to keep me protected, or should I consider getting another shot? Whats the typical duration of protection in cases like mine?
