Question

I'm wondering if the Ethiglo Glutathione pills, recommended by my dermatologist for pigmentation and skin lightening, are actually effective. Or should I consider using Glutone 1000 instead?

Glutathione pill (Ethiglo) along with vitamin C is commonly used for skin lightening and pigmentation issues. Ethiglo is effective in improving skin tone and reducing pigmentation. However, Glutone 1000 is also a good option for skin lightening as it contains L-Glutathione which helps in improving skin complexion. Both can be effective, but based on your dermatologist's recommendation, you can start with Ethiglo for better results. The usual dosage for Ethiglo is 500mg once daily, and for Glutone 1000, the dosage is 1000mg once daily.
