Question
I'm wondering if it's okay to give my 5-year-old son Maxtra syrup. How much should I give him, and are there any side effects I should be aware of? Also, is Sinarest syrup a better option? I'm really curious about which one is safer and more effective for my child.

-Yes, you can give **Maxtra syrup** to your 5-year-old for cold symptoms, but the dosage depends on weight, usually 2.5-5ml twice daily. It might cause mild drowsiness or an upset stomach. **Sinarest syrup** is also effective, but consult your pediatricia
