I'm currently dealing with a blood pressure reading of 10871, which seems pretty normal. I usually take Telpres CT 4012.5 for my high blood pressure and Etizola Beta to manage my anxiety issues. I've been having left chest pain for the past two weeks and also feel this pulsating sensation in my stomach. I'm worried because I have high blood pressure too. Initially, I was thinking of getting a 2D echo for my chest pain, but now I'm wondering if I should also get a 2D scan for my abdomen to check on my abdominal aorta. Do you think that's necessary, or should I be considering a CT scan for my stomach instead? Any advice would be really helpful.

I've been taking propranolol 10mg for my anxiety whenever needed, and it's been a big help. But lately, I've had to take it every day for about a week, and now I'm experiencing this sharp, stabbing pain in the center of my chest that goes to my back. I'm not sure if it's just anxiety or something more serious. I'm a healthy 26-year-old guy, and my resting heart rate is between 52 and 56 bpm, but sometimes it drops into the 40s. I do have a history of gastroparesis. Do you think this chest pain could be an issue related to the medication or something else going on?
