Question
I'm worried about my chondromalacia diagnosis from a few years ago. I sometimes didn't stick to the doctor's advice about not jumping, running, or folding my knees, and now Im experiencing knee pain whenever I put stress on them. I recently started karate classes that involve a lot of those activities. Is there anything youd recommend I do to manage the pain and keep my knees in good shape while still attending classes?
