Question

I'm worried about my mom. She keeps feeling like there's something stuck in her throat. It's not painful, and there aren't any visible lumps that we can see, but she does get some phlegm in the morning. She's already tried anti-allergy and gastric medicines based on the doctor's advice, but nothing seems to work. What else could it be, and what can we do to help her feel better?
