I'm feeling worried because sometimes when I go for a walk, especially after I've covered about a kilometer, I start experiencing breathlessness. It's not every time, but it happens often enough to be concerning. I've done various tests like echo, ECG, TMT, chest X-ray, and all sorts of blood tests, but everything comes back normal.
