I'm worried about using Melaglow cream every day. Can it damage my skin if used regularly? If its not safe, would switching to Fairlite be a better option?

I've just recently noticed these vertical light pink lines on the nail plate of my middle finger on the left handabout 1mm wide. When I look closely, they seem to be on all my nails.
