I'm worried because I recently tested IGG positive and have been having trouble with my breathing for the past month. I keep hearing news about people having lung problems and stuff like sweating after COVID. What are the common symptoms after recovering from COVID, and what should I do about these issues? Please help.

I'm experiencing brown phlegm for the last four days, especially in the morning right after I wake up. It's really concerning, as I need to spit it out and it hurts when I drink water or swallow saliva. I've been having this really sharp pain in my chest, mostly on the left side, for about a month now. It used to just happen when I moved a certain way or turned over in bed, but recently it's been happening more randomly, sometimes on the right side or in the middle too. Breathing in can be painful sometimes as well. I've got allergic rhinitis and asthma, and my allergies have been acting up lately. I'm finding myself out of breath pretty often when doing even small things, and it's hard to breathe at night since my nose gets blocked and I can hear wheezing from my chest. Could this chest pain be linked to my asthma? I'm starting to worry, and would really appreciate some advice!
