Is it okay for a 17-year-old boy to use an asthalin inhaler? If I start using it, do I need to carry it everywhere I go? Could it actually lead to more breathing issues after using it? I checked online and found info saying the inhaler works for about 4-6 hours after taking two puffs. Does that mean the breathing problems will definitely return after those hours?

I'm a bit confused about how doctors handle a simple common cold. If someone doesn't have any symptoms and hasn't had a chest X-ray, do pulmonologists still do a hands-on assessment of the lungs and thorax without a stethoscope? I'm really worried about my brother who's been covid positive for a week now. He had a fever for the first few days, but now that's gone and he's got this dry cough. We got some tests done and I've got the chest X-ray results, but the doctor can only see us next Sunday and today is Thursday. The report mentions something about inhomogeneous opacities at both mid and lower zones, and it also says there's a bilateral pulmonary inflammatory lesion. Should we be waiting till Sunday to see our doctor or do you think it's better to check with another doctor sooner? Id really appreciate your advice on what this might mean and how to proceed.

I've been dealing with a cough for nearly two years, and about three months ago, my doctor sent me for Blood IgE, PFT, and FENO tests. Based on my IgE results, I finished a course of allergy tablets, and I was also prescribed Esiflo, which I'm supposed to take with Lupihaler. I initially felt dizzy on this medication, so I stopped after a couple of days, but I've restarted at a reduced dose. Should I keep taking Esiflo even though it makes me feel uncomfortable? And looking at my PFT and FENO reports, do they suggest if my lungs are in bad shape? I'm also experiencing some shortness of breath and chest heaviness lately. I can't reach my doctor right now, so I'd really appreciate some insight. Thank you.
