I've noticed this pimple about 2 inches below my belly button and I'm kind of worried about what it could be. I'm including a photo as well. Any idea what might be going on?

I'm dealing with jock itch that originally cleared up with miconazole cream, but now it's left me with these annoying dark patches. I'm dealing with a persistent jock itch and the whole thing is really frustrating. I first tried using Candid Dusting powder, which helped for a bit, but the itch just kept coming back. Then I went for an antifungal cream called Clobiprop NM, and while it reduced the rashes, they returned as soon as I stopped the cream. I've also tried a stronger cream, Clop GM, which seemed to reduce the rash and itch at first, but now my skin has turned white and its painful and itching again. Could you suggest what might be a good treatment or medication for this?
