Question

I've been dealing with allergic eruptions ever since I was a kid. Recently, I found out I have psoriasis and eczema on my joints like my ankles, elbows, and knees. My IgE levels are pretty high at 1700. I regularly take Allegra 120 and Montair LC which help a bit, but nothing seems to truly work. I'm in a tough spot and dont know what to do. Can you offer any advice on how to manage or reduce these issues? I've tried both homeopathy and allopathy, but no luck so far.

For the management of Psoriasis and eczema with allergic eruptions, in addition to your current antihistamines, I recommend adding a topical corticosteroid cream like Betnovate to reduce inflammation and itching. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas once or twice daily. Also, you can use a moisturizer like Cetaphil to keep the skin hydrated. Furthermore, you can consider taking an immunosuppressant medication like Methotrexate under the guidance of a dermatologist to help control the autoimmune response causing Psoriasis. This should be taken once a week in a prescribed dosage. It's important to continue with regular follow-ups with your dermatologist to monitor your condition and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
