Question

I've been dealing with allergies for pretty much my entire life, and they've always caused a runny nose and sneezing. I usually stick to montina l-cetirizine for it, and breathing's never been an issueuntil recently. For the past 34 weeks, I've noticed difficulty in breathing and a cough. I've been taking montina l to help with the breathing issues, but today I also had a runny nose and cough, so I took sinarest too. Now Im a bit worried. Is it okay to take montina l with sinarest at the same time?

Azeflo nasal spray 7ml to both the nostrils is advised to the patient for 5 days.Steam inhalation is also advised to the patient.

I'm kinda puzzled about my situation and could use some advice. I had an IgE level of 200 iUmL and was dealing with this dry cough that kept coming back every 48 to 60 hours. My GP gave me an inhaler, but then I saw an ENT who suggested septiline, some syrup with dextromethorphan hydrobromide and chlorpheniramine maleate, and recharje plus capsules. Thankfully, I'm feeling better now. Thing is, I also have dyshidrosis but no trouble breathing. So, I'm curious why my IgE was high in the first place? Could it be related to these issues or something else entirely?

I'm allergic to a lot of things, and usually, it starts with a stuffed-up nose, then my throat gets sore, and I get chest congestion along with a dry, whooping cough. Sometimes I take steam inhalation, breathing it in through my nose and mouth, but I'm wondering if that could be harmful in any way? Lately, I've also been feeling some chest tightness along with the dry cough and it's starting to worry me. Could you help me understand if the steam is safe or if there's anything else I should be concerned about?
