I've been dealing with anxiety for 20 years, and recently I started using A78 Chronic Anxiety Drops. But now, I'm noticing things like body heat and mouth ulcers. Could these issues be related to the drops, or is there something else going on?

I've been feeling my pulse all over my body, even when I touch my fingers, it's like I can feel it everywhere. Even when I'm lying down to sleep, I notice this pulsing in my head. Can you tell me if these symptoms might be related to anxiety, or is there something else I should be concerned about? I've already had an ECG done, and that came back normal.

I've been taking half of a Sertraline 25mg pill, but some of it kind of melted on the tip of my tongue. Now there's this tingling and numbness going on. Is this just going to go away on its own, or could it do any permanent damage?
