Question

I've been dealing with burps and these weird gurgling sounds in my throat for the past two months. Whenever I walk, take the stairs, or lie down, there's this liquid sound in my throat too. I have this mild dry cough and sometimes feel a bit breathless. Even though I had a chest X-ray a month ago that came back normal, I still get these random vibrations in my chest. I'm not sure what's causing all of this, but it's really tiring me out. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

I've been feeling a small lump on the left side of my body just below the rib cage. It's not visible but I can feel it when I touch that area. We had an ultrasound and X-ray done, and the doctor mentioned something about liver enlargement and fluid in her lower lungs.
