Question
I've been dealing with chronic urticaria for about a year now, and I'm really not sure what to do about it. I've been taking 5 mg of levocetirizine the whole time, but I'm still struggling. How should I go about treating this? Is there something else I should be trying or asking my doctor about? It's been quite frustrating, and I'm just looking for some guidance.

Try to identify the triggering factor and try to avoid it,that is the tretament for urticaria ,and levocet is the drug of choice, apart from that consume more fruits and stay hydrated that will help in fighting the allergen
