Question

I've been dealing with a cold and cough for about a week now, and yesterday, when I blew my nose, I felt this weird fluid rush into my left ear. By the evening, it started hurting. It feels blocked, and it aches. Should I be worried? What could be causing this, and is there anything I should do to make it better?
