Question
I've been dealing with a cough for about a month now. I saw a doctor, and my lab results showed it was typhoid. I did the prescribed treatment for a month and stopped, and while I'm not feeling super sick anymore, I'm still not feeling 100% either. I get this occasional deep dry cough a few times a day, and my doctor mentioned it might be allergic bronchiolitis and could stick around for a while. I also feel weak sometimes and have loose motions on occasion. Do you think I should see a doctor again? If so, what kind of specialist would be best? Or is this something that happens after typhoid and will eventually go away on its own? I'm just a bit worried since it's been a month already.
