I'm a bit worried. My SGPT level is 112, and I heard that's not a good sign. Can you tell me more about what this means and how I can bring it down?

I've been experiencing some chest pain that's worrying me, especially when I bend over or first thing in the morning. Its more like a pinning sensation sometimes. I've had an ECG, echo, TMT, and chest X-rays, and they all came back normal. I'm currently on gastric meds like Razl, VSL#3, Sucraloc, and Normaxin. The pain mostly bothers me when I wake up, but not so much during the rest of the day. Could this be muscular or something gastric-related even though I don't have heartburn? I do notice the pain very occasionally while eating, but it doesn't last long. What could be going on?
