I've been dealing with a lot of dandruff lately, and it's started to cause pimples on my face. What can I do about this dandruff problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

Dandruff can be treated with anti-dandruff shampoos containing ketoconazole. You can try using Nizoral shampoo twice a week for 4 weeks to help reduce dandruff. Additionally, for the pimples on your face, you can use a topical acne treatment such as benzoyl peroxide gel (2.5%) once daily on the affected areas. Remember to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management if the symptoms persist.
