I've been dealing with a lot of itching on my testicles and the surrounding areas for the last few days. I've also noticed about 8 to 10 pimples have appeared on the skin of my testicles. The itching seems to get worse at night. I've tried using coconut oil, but it hasn't helped. What could this be, and should I be worried?
