Question

I've been dealing with male pattern baldness and initially tried minoxidil and finasteride, which seemed to help with the hair fall for a while, but then I noticed more shedding after stopping them. My doctor recently suggested using Folica hair tincture to manage my hair loss and dandruff. However, I've heard this treatment is mainly for alopecia areata. Is it actually suitable for MPB, and should I be concerned about any potential side effects?
