I'm a 23-year-old guy and I've noticed that I have puffy nipples. They look normal when it's cold, but when it's warm, they get really puffy again. It makes me feel super self-conscious about taking my shirt off. I'm pretty sure it's not gynecomastia because there aren't any lumps under the nipples. Ive been dealing with this really annoying itching on my wrist. Then, after a day, it swelled up a bit. I tried using some turmeric powder and it seemed to help, but the next day the itchiness and the swelling came back, this time on the back of my hand, and the swelling was way worse. It kept getting bigger for about three days. I put some more turmeric paste on it, and now the swellings gone down on my hand but has moved to my fingers. The itchiness is still there, and the swelling is bad and hurts a bit. Could this be from an insect bite? What do you think I should do?
