I've been dealing with a really painful situation for the last couple of months. There are these small cuts on the top of my penis head that just won't heal properly. They get sticky, and it's getting harder to pull the skin back when I pee. Even when they seem to heal after about two or three days, they just reopen when the skin stretches. What should I do?
