I've been dealing with a really sharp pain in two of my left foot fingers for the last couple of days. Its weird because there's no swelling, and I haven't injured myself or anything. A few years ago, I got some physiotherapy treatment for ankylosing spondylitis at the Indian Spinal Centre in Delhi. Could this foot pain be connected to that, or is it something completely different? I'm just trying to figure out if it's something I should be worried about.

I'm dealing with this annoying pain in the upper thigh on my left side. It's not super intense, but it's always there and gets on my nerves. There's also some swelling at the top of my thigh compared to the other side, and the pain seems to start there and then moves down to the inner part of my thigh. Ive already done an MRI of my hip and pelvis, and even had my blood tests done everything came back normal except for a vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency.
