Question

I've been dealing with some pain on the left side of my forehead, right above my eyebrow, for about a month now. Sometimes I notice a little bit of blood in my snot too. On top of that, I often feel like I need to sneeze, but I just can't seem to. What could be going on? Should I be worried?

It sounds like you may be experiencing sinusitis. I recommend taking a combination of ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine to help with the pain and congestion. You can take Ibuprofen 400mg every 6-8 hours as needed for pain, and Pseudoephedrine 60mg every 4-6 hours as needed for congestion. Additionally, using a saline nasal spray can help with the blood in your snot and the urge to sneeze. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.
