I've been dealing with a throat infection and have a pretty bad headache. My eyes are burning too. I just wanted to ask if it's okay to use Zerodol-P for this?

I'm genuinely concerned about whether I should be taking Zenflox 200 as my doctor recommended. I had a fever and was feeling extremely cold due to the weather last night, but I'm feeling a bit better today. I noticed my urine is darker yellow though.
