I've been dealing with a urine infection ever since I got pregnant and I'm 25 years old, currently 23 weeks along. My recent routine report showed RBC at 24, epithelial cells at 25-30, and pus cells at 10-15. Everything else seems to be in the normal range. I'm really concerned about these numbers and not sure what they mean for my pregnancy. Could this be harmful to my baby, and what should I do about it?
