I've been dealing with a vitamin D deficiency and I'm taking uprise D3 60k once a week for it. Lately, I've noticed I'm losing a lot of hair and it's not growing back properly. What should I do about this? Can I take a biotin supplement to help? If so, what's a good one to consider?
