Most stones that cause renal colic are small and pass out with the urine in a day or so. You should drink plenty of fluids to encourage a good flow of urine. Strong painkillers are often needed to ease the painuntil you pass the stone. No other treatment is usually needed.

How many times is normal to urinate at night?

I'm having issues with both urination and ejaculation. My urine flow and the speed of ejaculation seem to be slower than usual, and I think this might be affecting our chances of conceiving. My doctor mentioned something about a urethral stricture and suggested surgery. I'm just really anxious about all this and looking for some guidance. Could you shed some light on what this means and if surgery is the only option?
