Question

I've been diagnosed with a paraovarian cyst and I'm wondering if Ayurveda has any treatment options for it. Is it possible to cure this without surgery? I'm not very comfortable with the idea of surgery and wanted to explore Ayurvedic alternatives first. What would you recommend?
